2. No. The trial has to do with Rezko's position on a state board.
If any politician has to testify, it'll be Gov. Blagojevich.

4. Well, what about the question with the
Nadhmi Auchi part? Rezko had asked unidentified "Illinois government officials" to help him get clearance for a visa for Nadhmi Auchi. What if one of the officials turns out to be Obama? I'm sure he would then, right?

there is no suggestion that he will have to do so. No subpoena. No having to testify. Now, how much play will the Giustra story get? I'm betting quite a bit as it's on the front page of the most influential paper in the country today.
