Me: -- but I think my mom, if she votes, will vote for Hillary.

Her: Okay. Are you undecided or are you for Obama?

Me: I'm for Obama.

Her: Oh. Sorry. *click*

was just uncomfortable. I was in the same position when I was younger and I never knew what to say when someone said "no". It was like a....personal rejection or something and I just felt so awkward. I'm sure it wasn't anything personal. I am a Clinton supporter, but I say vote for the candidate that you think is best for the country.....:thumbsup:

asking for money. Apparently he got a list of DNC donors from the last election.

Sometimes the callers are just volunteers. I have done that for a state senate candidate, and I am not very good at it either. As precinct person, my job description says to contact every registered Democrat in my precinct twice each election cycle.

I got a call from the Obama campaign... asked me for money... told them I was unemployed... so instead of asking me for $100 they asked for whatever I could afford... I said at the time I was uncommitted... so after the third time of her trying to get money out of me and my not wanting to... she hung up on me....
