I think it's kinda cool that supporters of all three think their candidate "won" tonight.

Maybe they all just did well, and/or appealed in the ways their supporters most want -- showing the reasons their supporters like them.

3. I think all three candidates won tonight
They were all excellent - clear, committed, intelligent. Any one of them would make an outstanding president.

5. actually its kind of scary
three people cannot win, I wish people would vote with their minds instead of their hearts. Now im not disparaging any candidates but isn't their usually one winner? and the fact that people think their own candidate won makes me think that maybe we are not picking the most qualified but the most popular....high school anyone?

6. That kind of evaluation is part speculation and part partisan.
Call me easy but I'm always happy when none of them does a header into the podium.

8. Supporters almost always do...
but in this case it's great that all of them came off well. It seems that most of the commentary is positive about the poster's candidate, rather than simply ripping a rival. That's the kind of competition - who is the best, rather than who is the worst - that will carry over into a unified party for the GE and trouble for the Republicans
