Poll question: Assuming John Edwards did very poorly tonight (No flaming!)
and seemed to lose all possible momentum heading to NH or decided to drop from the race in the next few days, who would you support then?

I'll ask the same about my candidate and about Hillary.

2. REDO: I don't see John Edwards listed as a choice!
Edited on Thu Jan-03-08 09:55 AM by minnesota_liberal
I'm not about to switch my choice on the basis of a single state caucus.

And, no, this isn't flaming.

9. Ermm...
...the scenario DID say "or dropped out". It's kind of hard to support him then except as a token write in that would be meaningless. I think the idea is "If Edwards is gone - where do you go instead"

Not the best worded question I confess, but hardly some vicious ploy to bash either....

BTW assuming both he and Richardsone dropped (since I'm a Richardson guy first and Edwards 2nd) I'd probably go Obama. Real close between him and HRC, but I think he has more chance of unifying this party, even if I also think he'd do a less effective job countering swiftboaters tahn she would. Since the intent of the poll was for Edwards first guys however, I did not answer.
