MSNBC in full SHILL Mode for Guiliani..
For the second time this hour, MSNBC is giving Joe Scarbrough an uninterrupted political platform to shill for Rudy Guiliani, his leadership, and his ability to lead the nation in this time of terror. Again, all the rhetoric has flared up. I feel like I'm back in 9/11. They've already turned it into politics and are picking our next president.

2. I still can't figure out how having been Mayor of New York
should be regarded as heavy-duty foreign policy experience.

5. Buildings fell around him. And he marched down the street, on camera.
Good enough for Republicans, apparently.

9. Oh, OK. That must be it. And mentioning 9/11 in every sentence.
The 9/11 attacks were carried out by foreigners. So talking about 9/11 all the time means Rudy has a lot of foreign policy experience. All righty, then.

3. Ugh.
Kill your tv, dude... I loathe the MSM, for reasons just like this. Reasoned discussion of a terrible assassination? Nope. Of course not. :banghead:

4. Ain't that the truth. I'm somewhat surprised. And whoever deemed
Scarborough a political pundit ought to have their head examined. 'The rethugs don't own me, the Dems don't own me...blahblahblah" Yes, he's owned all right.

8. You know, I just can't watch this. I think I'm going to take the advice
of Shrub after 9/11 and just GO SHOPPING. Maybe I'll buy a new HD TV, big screen, so I can watch Armageddon and WWIII and Marshall Law and the inauguration of another Republican in brilliant detail. I'll use a credit card, so when the economy collapses because we're thrust into yet ANOTHER war we can't afford, I'll go to a debtor's prison after they take my house. It's so predictable, what's going to happen, that I really don't even need to see the ramp up, don't need to hear the escalating rhetoric, to know the end result.

11. I just wrote Joe Scarborough
Edited on Thu Dec-27-07 12:46 PM by kad7777
To let him know he should be ashamed of himself for the bull he just spewed. He mentioned every candidate in regards to Buttos assassination except Joe Biden. How do you leave Joe Biden out of that equation? GOD...it's so frustrating with the media. Sometimes it feels like it's a true conspiracy against Joe Biden.

...sigh...maybe they'll have Joe on tonight.

17. I'd good to know that in a time of crisis...
... where a major political leader (and ex-president) is assassinated, sending a nuclear power into chaos, that you're there on the frontlines making damned sure that your chosen candidate gets airtime.

Wow. Just wow.

26. Yes, that's right. Exactly
The American people and people around the world desperately need the best qualified person to lead the free world. It's because I love this country and believe that Joe Biden can make our world a better place. He has to be seen. He has to be heard. This is not a selfish thing for me. Quite the contrary. I want the world to be healed. I know in the deepest part of my heart that Joe Biden is the best we have.

all but her dad the Obama guy and Mika of course who abstained from the conversations.

I think her family may have had an effect on Mika. She also said they are Dems, Reps and Indis.

jerk, fool, idiot, contemptible person; naive person, person easy to deceive; (vulg. penis, dick, asshole) (American Jewish)

Or as my dad said.

A guy who buys a suit with two pairs of pants and burns a hole in the jacket.
