Giuliani wants to overtax the US?
I just watched a sickening Giuliani ad on the web at http://rudygiuliani.blip.tv/, where he tells us what his Christmas wishes are, and then Santa Clause laughs at him.

Of course he starts out with the Orwellian phrase "Peace with Strength". I guess that means that we bomb other people, but they don't bomb us.

But what really got my attention is that he wishes for a "government that spends less than it takes in". Did he really mean to say that? That means the government will take in more revenues than it needs to spend. Americans will be taxed for no reason.

Sounds like he's trying to build a slush fund.

And how is he going to balance the budget with (at least) two wars going on?

Sounds like he's just talking out of his ass.
