The party's presidential nominee is NOT selected by the primary or by the caucuses, but at the National Convention. At best, the primary vote is used as a tool by the party to select delegates to National. At worst, the primary is completely ignored (as will happen in Washington, Florida and many other states) and the make-up of the state's delegation will be decided by the results of local caucuses. If you plan only to vote in the primary, you will not be helping Dennis.
Contact your precinct or state officers NOW, TODAY and find out when and where you local presidential caucus will be held. Mark it on your calendar. Arrange NOW, TODAY to cover work and child care as needed so that you can attend. Do not forget to go, and make absolutely certain to call a few days beforehand to confirm the date, time and location. (Remind your party officers, if you think it is necessary, that providing incorrect or incomplete information about caucuses is a felony in most states.) Attend the caucus and, after all the speechifying and other business, stand tall and proud for the one and only candidate willing to support the United States Constitution.
Definitely vote; let your voice be heard in a way that the media can not ignore. Unfortunately, though, voting can (and probably will) be ignored by the party. Go to your caucus and take a stand.
