It was never seen again. He wanted to open up the investigation into Kennedy's assination. He was on the Warren commission, and disagreed with the lone gunman theory. The year before his plane went missing he spoke on the House Floor-April 22,1971. He was challenging the secret police and the loss of liberties. I found this info. at haleboggs.tripod.com if you are interested in more info. about this man. Just want to indicate that this was the Democratic Majority Leader.

4. There are other sites that had other information that was very
interesting about an oil deal in Alaska that was going down. Bill Clinton was the young Democrate that dropped Boggs off at airport that day. Later after Clinton becomes President he comes back in contact with Bogg's widow in some political capacity. Some of these events and the players are still around.

5. What a small world. I use to listen to her years ago.
Boy that's his daughter. Good lord, but he must be a bit concerned about her take on things.

he reminded me of Tucker Carlson. He was an arrogant little prick.

9. That's what happens to potentially good kids that grow up
believing that due to their families $$$ they are 'all that and a bag of chips'. They had potential, but $$$ and 'entitlement' ruined it for them (blame the parents).

to convert the kids.

They like stealing their souls.

Like the military junta in Argentina taking the babies from leftists and killing the parents.

Probably the last thing they heard before getting a bullet in the back of the head was that their baby was going to be turned into a NAZI.

7. Okay, some of the information you've cited is false.
The disagreement with the lone gunman theory, and reopening the investigation into the assassination, are both complete myths which have been publicly debunked by his family. Further, this site lists a couple other inaccuracies--it wasn't a military junket flight, it was a trip to stump for a congressman in a tight race. That site also fails to mention that the aircraft was a Cessna turboprop, and they were flying through a mountain range with low clouds, fog, and drizzle.

8. The guy flying the airplane was one of the most qualified stump pilots in Alaska
The History Channel had the whole thing on and they never mentioned Bill Clinton, dropping the guy off, picking anybody up. ZERO, ZILCH, NADA, NOTHING. I suppose this is another attempt at Swiftboating.

The History Channel said the pilot should never have undertaken the flight. From the way they laid out the program, I think the guy was someone who thought he could do anything.

13. I'm still Googling on that Hale Boggs disappearance, and possible connections with "conspiracy"
But here's a thoughtful observation I spotted while Googling, that might be a good way of looking at it:

THE ASSASSINATIONS
Probe Magazine on JFK, MLK, RFK and Malcolm X
Edited by James DiEugenio and Lisa Pease

"The cumulative effect of these assassinations is quite clear. They resulted in the death of the old Democratic Party and the birth of the new Jimmy Carter-Bill Clinton-Al Gore Democratic Party. ....
"Imagine if you can, that if in the mid-1980s, at the height of the GOP Revolution, Ronald Reagan, Pat Robertson, Newt Gingrich, and George Bush Sr., had all been assassinated in the space of five years. Would the Republicans and the media not suspect something more than coincidence or happenstance? Would their party and their causes be able to sustain the loss? Would Dan Quayle and Bob Dole have been able to pick up the baton? Would history not have been quite different? Certainly, the Democrats were not able to sustain the loss. Nothing comparable filled the gap, nothing even came close. So the constellation fell from the sky and without any pressure from the left, our public debate shifted slowly, inexorably to the right."
-- p. 635, 638

In fact, there's no evidence that he or his wife ever said any of those things.
