Obama girl "may actually be voting for Hillary Clinton", newspaper says without providing evidence

Yesterday I wrote about a http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=132&topic_id=3468348&mesg_id=3468348">sloppy piece of journalism by Washington Post's Anne Kornblut, who concluded, based on interviews with 4 people, that John Edwards was losing support among young voters.
A similarly misleading piece appeared today in the NY Daily News, though in a gossip column. The story is currently among the top stories in www.nydailynews.com.
Rush and Molloy tell us that actress Amber Lee Ettinger, aka Obama girl, may vote for Hillary; but no evidence is presented to support this assertion other than her favorable view of Hillary's last debate performance.


"I have to say I'm very impressed with Hillary Clinton,"she tells Steppin' Out magazine's Chaunce Hayden. "I watched the recent debates and I liked a lot of her answers!"

Let Rush and Molloy know that we had enough in 2000 and 2004. There are minimal standards to be met, even for gossip-mongers.

That the video was just a clever way of drawing attention to herself. It just so happens that "I've got a crush on Obama" rolls off the tongue a little easier than "I've got a crush on Kucinich".
