:puke: on the whole lot of em...!

*** Abortion Battle:Romney, Brownback, and Paul address the National Right to Life convention today in Kansas City -- with a little conflict and drama built in. On Wednesday, the McCain camp issued a press release drawing attention to a YouTube video in which Romney said (in 2005) that he was committed to upholding pro-choice laws in Massachusetts, even though he had already undergone his pro-life conversion. Team Romney fired back at McCain, saying his campaign “is faltering and failing.” And then Brownback’s camp got into the act yesterday by also blasting Romney. Now, the New York Times alleges that Romney has flip-flopped on stem-cell research. Quite a way to set up today's speech at the convention, huh?

1. See ya, boys!
Keep this footage in the vaults, DNC, and if any of these toads starts to climb up out of the primoridal ooze presuming to rule over us, let us layeth the smacketh down.

And Kansas? If you wish to retrieve your national reputation, start by making Mr. Brownback your ex-Senator.

2. Actually, Phil Kline is far worse than Brownback.
Edited on Fri Jun-15-07 10:12 AM by leftyladyfrommo
Phil Kline is the radical right attorney in Johnson county. He is just plain incompetent. And he is a radical anti-abortionist.

There was a big deal in the KC Star this morning about a speech he made just in the last couple of days.

His major opponent is Paul Morrison who is a long time attorney in Johnson County who is now State Attorney General. Kline has just tried the damnest things to get his very right wing agenda thru - although he is very unpopular in the State of Kansas. He makes a move and then Paul Morrison blocks him.

Kline was the guy who was getting medical records from Planned Parenthood patients. Then it turned out that someone had leaked the info to Bill O'Reilly the day that Kline appeared on his show. Now Kline has hired a shrink and had him look at the records. The shrink commented that the mental issues of the patients who had late term abortions didn't meet the standards. And then Paul Morrison shut them both down - legally. Discussing evidence in a possible trial in this manner is illegal I guess. Not that legality every meant much to Phil Kline.
