Remembering the WMD assurances as we try for an end of war timetable in the funding bill -Below are some of the assertions before the war was launched that Iraq had WMD and thus posed a true threat to the U.S. and the world:

“Simply stated, there is no doubt that Saddam Hussein now has weapons of mass destruction.”
