Retired Generals Crapping on bush, post Veto!

Two retired Army Major Generals shared their expertise relative to bush's veto of a funding bill for the troops. MGEN John Batiste clearly stated "bush's stubborn commitment to a failed strategy is incomprehensible." This from a man who gave up a promotion to get away from a loser of a boss.

And MGEN Paul Eaton eloquently adds - THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES IS HOLDING OUR SOLDIERS HOSTAGE TO HIS EGO.

Wonder what General Petraeus will say when he retires.

3. I think their comments are more damaging

to the drug addicted military deserter then any actual physical action against him. But bush knows there is still a bunch of ignorant, arrogant, proud flag wavers in this country to keep him going.

Many have come out for well over the last year or two against Bush, against the War, and nada.

5. I doubt they have any pull at all

but their voices and expertise should have much more value to the American People then the trash which comprises the likes of PNAC and the Heritage Foundation. Also, as loyal Ground Commanders they held their opinions in check until retired which I think adds gravitas to their perspective.
