2. I'd vastly prefer 'gay' to the eldest, ugliest, orneriest *!

3. I caught just a last bit of a remark by Andrea Mitchell on the remarks about Hillary's
clothing and jewelry....that it was inappropriate and those comments were being made just because Clinton is a woman. Mitchell said something about someone remarking on Clinton's jewelry and the cut of her suit, as if any of that were relevant, and no such comments were being made about the other candidates. She then said something like her statement was in jest...but not really.

The guys then floundered about,,....duh....really?....what can anyone say anymore?.....etc., etc. They were at a slight loss for words for a split second (which is something for THEM).

I just caught the end of her statement, though, and didn't know if someone in the debate had remarked on Clinton's clothing, or if the pundits had remarked on it.

5. Tweety has remarking on Hillary's appearance all night long.
It was seriously gay - as in bitchy queen gay. He also remarked on Michelle Obama's pearls - he thought they were perfect. He was going on and on about how important appearance is (for the women) when Andrea said "You don't comment on the cut of the men's suits or their jewelery."

All of the men at the table (except KO) were embarrassed because she had nailed them. Howard Fineman then agreed with her and Tweety apparently gave him a dirty look because Fineman asked him to stop looking at him that way.

Why is MSNBC not embarrassed about the way he acts out on the tv? He monopolizes the show - wouldn't let KO speak and constantly makes remarks for which any female anchor would have been fired long ago -trite is the only word that comes to me.

7. He so monopolizes things. He asks questions, then answers them
himself.

Why bother having guests or panelists?

11. for once, then, I have to say "good for Andrea". It's SOOOO hard
to follow the rules of fairness :sarcasm::

1) If you're not making the same comments about the male candidates' appearance, voice, etc. don't make them about women.
2) If you wouldn't make the same comment with your wife/husband/sig. other sitting next to you, don't say it.

6. I think Joe's got an itch...
He probably wants another woman to kill, but I bet all the young studio interns and what have you are avoiding him.

9. And if Obama's tie didn't shout "Commander-In-Chief", I don't know what does!
Freaking ridiculous. Why not just bring in Mr. Blackwell and have done with it?

14. Joe thinks if he thinks of Clinton as transcending her gender

then she isn't 'woman' anymore and he can better deal with her.

keep your gender Hillary, wear it proudly
