The guy that looks like Opie is Adam Putnam (R-FL) who is very young and thje number 3 guy in the House minority leadership.

The guy who looks like the illegitimate child of the interbreeding of Tom Delay and ralph Reed is Patrick McHenry (R-NC) who is a trained talking pit bull and one of the youngest (if not THE youngest) member of the house.

for information on points of order from the Democratic chair at hearings and the chair always has to tell him that he can't ask questions, rather he has to make staements of fact or opinion, but McHenry keeps asking and keeps gettting smacked down.
