How to kick Fox News off the air.

The USA is still a nation of laws: Lying is considered protected free speech. HOWEVER: False advertising is illegal. Fox news falsely advertises as a news station when it is actually a propaganda network for the GOP and tabloid. Fox does NOT own the airwaves. According to, “The Communication act of 1934” the airwaves belongs to the public and it’s regulated by the F.C.C.
Ever period of time, a stations FCC license has to be renewed. The public can challenge its renewal. If enough people challenges Fox license renewal then the license is revoke. However you must find out when their license expires,. just a suggestion. Below is the Communication act and FCC links.

REVOCATION OF LICENSES
SEC. 312 (a) Any station license may be revoked for false statements either in the application or in the statement of fact which may be required under section 308 hereof, or because of conditions revealed by such statements of fact as may be required from time to time which would warrant the Commission in refusing to grant a license on an original application, or for failure to operate substantially as set forth in the license, or for violation of or failure to observe any of the restrictions and conditions of this Act or of any regulation of the Commission authorized by this Act or by a treaty ratified by the United States: Provided, however, That no such order of revocation shall take effect until fifteen days' notice in writing thereof, stating the cause for the proposed revocation has been given to the licensee. Such licensee may make written application to the Commission at any time within said fifteen days for a hearing upon said order, and upon the filing of such written application said order of revocation shall stand suspended until the conclusion of the hearing conducted under such rules as the Commission may prescribe. Upon the conclusion of said hearing the Commission may affirm, modify, or revoke said order of revocation. (b) Any station license hereafter granted under the provisions of this Act or the construction permit required hereby and hereafter issued, may be modified by the Commission either for a limited time or for the duration of the term thereof, if in the judgment of the Commission such action will promote the public convenience, interest, or necessity, or the provisions of this Act or of any treaty ratified by the United States will be more fully complied with: Provided, however, That no such order of modification shall become final until the holder of such outstanding license or permit shall have been notified in writing of the proposed action and the grounds or reasons therefore and shall have been given reasonable opportunity to show cause why such an order of modification should not issue.

2. Yup.
If we want to stop FOX, we have to hit them where it hurts. In the pocket book. We need to contact the companies that advertise on FOX and tell them we won't buy their products unless they stop advertising on FOX.

3. It use satellite feeds.
OK, How about the Fox network? On their local news broadcasts they use segments from Fox News on cable. Imagine taking American Idol off the air. By the way, you are correct. My bad!
