Edwards/Obama or Obama/Edwards

10. Justice needs to go to Eliot Spitzer.
He's Patrick Fitzgerald on steroids. He also hates mafia, and he hates criminals in government. The man would clean house.

Hillary, while she has many good qualities, unfortunately lets her pocketbook speak for her too often, and has way too many VERY prominent members of the extreme right (Rupert Murdock comes to mind) wing held too close to her for my comfort. Her stands on things have at times reflected that kind of relationship.

11. So YOU think YOU have guts and character?
Has your physician told you recently that you have a recurrence of an incurable cancer? Did you stand in front of TV cameras telling America shortly after, that you and your husband will continue to fight for what you believe is right.

That takes true guts and character. Most of us facing such adversity would be sobbing with disbelief in our closet for the next week or two, and then go into hybernation with a several martinis a day.

12. By the time that press conference was over, he had Mr Hekate's vote wrapped up
My husband is very intuitive, and some of our political arguments hinge on the way he reads people versus my adherence to party and policy. For instance I will vote for Hillary if she's the nominee, though without enthusiasm; but he is unlikely to vote for her for any reason because he reads her as both hardened and phony.

The Edwards's though -- he reads them both as genuine through and through, and their marriage as solid and loving. I mean, he had a really strong reaction.

Yeah, me too, but I'd already formed my opinion a couple of years ago and was looking forward to working for John Edwards' election to president.

I hope others see what Mr. Hekate saw today.

Hekate

15. I'm a wuss
I had tears in my eyes watching John and Elizabeth. Oh, to have a marriage like that!

And oh, to have a president like John Edwards! And Elizabeth as first lady. Class, Integrity, Courage, Compassion.
