Hillary - "What in my background equips me to deal with evil and bad men?"

Hillary definitely can think on her feet. While I support Clark she certainly did do a very nice job of handling the questions from the crowd today. She seemed to stumble a bit though when asked what in her background equips her to deal with evil and bad men. If you see it on television it's kind of funny, but even I was left wondering who she was thinking about. It wasn't Osama - so who was it? Doesn't matter, but unfortunately there will be some pundits trying to spin that one.

That's why we have IA though - so the candidates can work out these little issues before things start to get serious.

from back in the '90s - Ken Starr, et al. I've seen more than one news story spinning it and saying she might have been referring to Bill, but I think we can be pretty sure that that's not the case.

Sometimes when under stress though your brains does strange things. They have showed the video a couple of times and she really does stop, pause, and a smile crosses her face. Part of me thought...Bill? Maybe.

I don't think that she would ever in a million years insinuate that Bill was evil or bad. I really think that she was just alluding to political enemies - and that she paused ans smiled as if to indicate, "seriously, did you pay attention to the news during the '90s?"

Hillary is a classic enabler. She enabled Bill's shenanigans, and she enabled Bush's war crimes. She must not be rewarded with the White House!

if you're referring to Bill's philandering ways, that's ridiculous to call her an enabler or hold her accountable for Bill's penis in any way.

You want to criticize her for her policies and votes, that's fine, but criticizing her for Bill's personal foilbles is freeper worthy.

In response to one question, she said that one of Bush's problems is that he would not talk to "evil people" and from the back of the room somebody yelled " Hey he talks to Cheney everyday!" It cracked Hillary and the room up.

about her sense of humor and she's done a much better job of conveying it this weekend than she has in the past.
