NY Times columnist Maureen Dowd was in the latter segment of NBC's "Meet the Press" with Russert and David Gregory. When the question about what this firing of Rumsfeld and substituting in one of Poppy Bush's Secret Iraq Group members meant, Maureen was just sitting on this gem of an answer.
