OMG. Casey-Santorum Debate
If you live in the Pittsburgh area, turn on KDKA. If not, watch in on C-Span tonight.
Five minutes in and Ricky's totally lost it.

LOL.

5. Here's an article and a video clip-
http://kdka.com/topstories/local_story_285160118.html

Delano reports this was certainly one of the feistiest, in-your-face, debates that he's ever seen between any candidates.

Spurred on by some pretty pointed questions, Santorum and Casey went at each other right from the get-go........

7. That rotten question about Casey "being lazy" and taking advantage of
his father was a dirty low blow. That reporter is a pro Santorum slime.

16. Agreed.
I felt it was a very biased question. Delano made himself look really bad by asking that.

12. Santorum is a Desperate Republican Whiner
Poor thing. He's angry he can't just say code words and have someone hack the vote for him.

It's a Democracy, Dick, and we're taking it back.

15. Casey just needs to shut up & let Rick Santorum shoot himself in the foot
I've lived in Pennsylvania and I know alot of republicans and I haven't found one who has anything decent to say about Santorum. But they all know Casey (Yes, his dad was once Governor of PA) and they all think Casey is a likable guy.

Santorum is losing this race all on his own.

19. OMG is right!
Sacktorum came out like a cornered rabid wolverine. He looked like the bully that he is, I just couldn't believe what I was seeing. Casey handled it with composure, he humored Sacktorum and it was clearly making him more infuriated. He almost seemed like he was going jump on top of him, he was that confrontational, and Bob just wouldn't be baited. It was by far the most entertaining Sen debate I've seen so far. Another thing to note was the repetitive talking point 'he doesn't answer the question', and I noticed the callers afterward who supported Sacktorum parroted the same talking point.

Let me just say I eagerly look forward to Bob Casey representing my state.

21. It will be interesting to see
what Hannity and the rest of the goon squad say: was Santorum passionate or did he "lose it" He was much crazier for my money than anyone could ever hope to portray Clinton as in the Chris Wallace interview, but NOT ONE of them will say he "lost it" or went "coo coo for cocoa puffs" or whatever else they said about Clinton. Instead they will question whether Casey was awake or if he really cares about this job because he wasn't going bananas badgering the other debater.

For the record I think it is impossible to say one candidate won or lost. It depends on what style you like and who you believe.

22. it appears that the media's official line is going to be . . .
to just call the entire thing "heated", with no comment on who was
off his meds. :grr:
