8. Keep an eye on this poll
Just a hunch, but the same numbers that you see in this poll will end up being the exact same numbers you see in Bush's poll at the end of his term

6. I voted and sent an e-mail.
I am a lawyer. The right of a criminal defendant to legal representation is guaranteed in the US Constitution. Similarly, my clients in civil matters have the right to my counsel. Under the lawyer's code of ethics, I am obliged to maintain the confidentiality of my communications, including the when, why, what, where and how of my communications, with my clients. Under the Evidence Code, my communications with my clients are privileged, meaning that, except in unusual circumstances or with the consent of my clients, I do not reveal even the when, why, what, where and how of my communications with my clients as evidence in a legal action. Except in unusual circumstances, law enforcement agencies do not have the right to obtain or maintain copies of my phone records. Hopefully, the American Bar Association will speak out about this. Keeping records of lawyers' phone calls infringes on everyone's rights. Our whole legal system is built on the right of a client to enjoy confidentiality in his or her communications with his or her attorney.

about time they FINALLY took a poll on this issue instead of reporting that most Americans were not concerned. I also added that they might want to ask whether they felt this administration has LIED to the American people about this too!

There are tapes that could be shown of The Idiot LYING his ass off once again about this issue! Oh, there are TOOOOOOOO many things! They must GO!!!! We need Unity to Get Out The Vote!!!
