He would go to war because that is how presidents make their legacy or something to that effect? Does anyone recall that quote by Dubya and what context it was made? When he says that he did not want war, this quote makes him look like the liar he is. Anybody?

2. Thanks Lynn...
And I found this quote by Journalist3072 over in GD:

""One of the keys to being seen as a great leader is to be seen as a commander-in-chief. My father had all this political capital built up when he drove the Iraqis out of Kuwait and he wasted it. If I have a chance to invade, if I had that much capital, I'm not going to waste it. I'm going to get everything passed that I want to get passed and I'm going to have a successful presidency."

When he says that no president wants war, he's lying thru his teeth.

6. I think you have the story of the day, Lynn...
It proves him to be a liar. He was looking for war to prove himself.

7. He's been trying to out-do daddy all his life, and every single time,
he's been a spectacular and utter failure.

Iraq was another such.

Too bad about all the dead bodies rotting in the ground tho, eh bush? MFing bastard.

8. If he had a chance...?
he would not blow it. He looked at war as an opportunity for himself to be a great leader. How much more sick can the SOB get than that??

9. To out-do daddy, yep. "Get Saddam" and be a big war hero,
all duded up in his fancy US military togs and lauded for his bravery!

But of course as always his entire pathetic life, the opposite happened & is happening.

Worst president ever.

"Biggest strategic blunder ever." And it's US military chiefs saying that.

bush; biggest failure ever.
