Belarus: where is NED now?

So there will be no revolution this time in Belarus. Is this becuase they it didn't do a deal with the devil with is the US Congresses National Endownment for Democracy?

IMHO Most Easter European revolution were bankrolled by the USA via NED, even the one that ousted Milosvic, did these revolution need to happen hell yeah, but just like Iraq who actually runs the country now?? The democratically elected governemt or business interests??

Okay so the tyrants are gone. Magnificent, a step towards demoracy yes, but how long will it take to oust the USA?
