Then you don't know what to think...

For me, being a Twins fan, it is Bud Selig!!!

6. Richard Dreyfuss? What's not to like? Am I missing something?
I just thought he was a fairly funny actor who did a good job in "Jaws"....

19. He was pretty good in American Graffiti also
but I had heard him on some talk shows and found him kind of pretentious. So I was surprised when he came out strongly against * and his Iraq clusterfuck.

29. I loved his short-lived series last year (or year before)
where he was a very liberal college history professor somewhere in the northeast, learning how to deal with his ivory tower idealism while dealing with the real world (academic infighting, transexual best friend, single dad raising a rebellious daughter).

Wish I could remember the name of the show (The Education of Max Someone, something like that). I wish it hadn't been cancelled. Very intelligent show, and a good fit for him.

He was just on CNN a few days ago and believe me.. if he DESPISES anyone, it's Democrats!

I don't think any political party claims that dirtbag. But look at the guy now, a minister in freakin Topeka, Kansas who hates gays.

Yeah, sounds like a Democrat to me. .... NOT !!!

39. FRed hates everyone, but yeah he did run as a democrat
and supported Gore, and went to the first Clinton inauguration. Those Phelps are totally lawyered up, I think they do this more to sue local govts. What other source of income to they have? I went to their website, they seem to vehemently hate Bush too. Different strokes...every party has it's idiots.

5. Commissioner of the National Hockey League, Gary Bettman
I didn't like him last year when he locked out the NHL and there was no season.

But not only is he a die-hard Democrat.. hockey is alive and well this year!

35. Bettman works for the owners & did as they wanted. He did the right thing
as it turns out.

Blame the players, not Bettman. If the players had it their way, the league would've eventually folded for a lot more than a single season.

24. I remember searching the web, not believing that was true.
How could someone so hilarious be a right winger? Then I read his humorless, swaggering letters to the editor and realized that underneath that funny exterior beats the heart of a right wing jerk. Sad day for me.

if i already dislike someone knowing their party affiliation wont really change.

but the opposite is sometimes true. if i like them and find out they are Republicans then i tend to feel negative towards them.

34. John Silber -- former President of Boston University
and then by some fluke he unexpectedly ended up the Democratic candidate for Governor of Mass in 1990 but lost to William Weld.

Silber was a corrupt, dishonest union-busting fascist who tried to censor left-wing professors at BU and advocated crazy right wing political views like ardent support for El Salvadoran death squads.

As much as I advocate voting for the Democratic candidate as the sensible strategic move -- that would have been just too much.
