It was just reported on CBS Nightly News that Micheal Chertoff's design for remodeling FEMA includes adding about 1,500 new workers to the department. It is always the Republicans who blow up the size of government even though they are always complaining about the size of government.

He increases it in size....there will be the cost of training and salaries/benefits.
Chertov is one of the most incompetent administrators. They don't manage their budget!!

The Dem Congress needs to hammer away at how large the government has grown under this administration. They have so many weapons but they don't use them. Why are they not using them?
Many times I ask myself the same question. If the Democrats do not use all the stuff they have on the Republicans and then they lose the Democrats will have only themselves to blame.
