Ben Nelson from NE is a YES.

Durbin, Feinstein, Baucus, Kennedy are officially NO.

6. I think somebody confused Lautenberg and Menendez.

Or he may have said that he did not think there would be a filibuster. I would be surprised if Lautenberg ever considered voting YES. Menendez said he did not know yet.
