(Snark Warning) NORAD can "track Santa" but not track & scramble on 9/11?

I know, the "NORAD Santa Track" is just PR and not-real...but it bothers me this year to hear the usually benign subtle message that NORAD is so "sensitive and responsive" that they can track a sleigh without a flight plan...but couldn't track jack on 9/11.

For me, this administration turns everything into "Humbug!" it seems.
