Has Gore been asked about Lieberman?
I wonder if Gore has been asked (especially in light of Lieberman's embrace of Bush and the war) if he now regrets having Joe as his running mate in 2000. If not, I'd love to hear his response to that question and what he thinks of Joe now.

1. picking Lieberman doomed his campaign
I can't help but thinking about what if he had picked a Bob Graham of Florida or almost anyone OTHER than Lieberman who wasn't a suck-up to the GOP. Lieberman added nothing to the ticket & was a drag on the campaign, especially when matched up against Cheney.

I love Al & would vote for him in a second but this was a gerat blunder on his part.

2. If Graham had been the VP candidate
I don't think the pukes would have been able to steal FL. Too obvious.

5. Back in November 2002.....
In an interview with Barbara Walters, Al Gore stated that he DID NOT regret selecting Lieberman as his V.P., and in fact, he feels it was one of the best decisions he ever made during his campaign.

Now perhaps Gore's viewpoint has changed since then, as Lieberman has proceeded to up the kissyface act with Bush in the past couple of years. But that was Gore's public position on his sentiments toward Lieberman, as of November 2002.
