Move America Foward, Liberal hating group writes this to me:
Friends,

The past few weeks we have seen shameless and cowardly actions that undermine our military men and women, not to mention the American mission to rid the world of international Islamic terrorism.

The likes of Congressman John Murtha, Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi, former Democrat Attorney General Ramsey Clark, Michael Moore, Cindy Sheehan, MoveOn.org and others sunk to new lows.

I know that you must be as sick and tired of these people as I am. Well, actions have consequences. And, we have to call them out for what they have done to undermine American morale and encourage the terrorism in believing they can wait out our resolve to defeat them.

Today I wrote a column, the content of which is being widely distributed via the Internet and talk radio stations: "The Liars of the Anti-War Movement."

You can read it for yourself here:
http://www.wnd.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=47685

The anti-war leadership will sink to any level to advance their twisted and sick extremist political views, and they must be held accountable.

And, in the coming weeks, we at Move America Forward WILL hold them accountable.

This column is the opening salvo, and I thought you should read it.

-- Melanie Morgan
Chairman, Move America Forward

P.S. I would welcome hearing your thoughts on this important subject as well. Please don't hesitate to email me back.

9. "Know your enemy" is why a friend of mine is on a few of these lists.
Although he abhores their hate, the pseudo-christianity and neo-con politics, he said he'll even donate a dollar every now and then to get on the "special" lists" for those they think truly believe in "the cause". For a dollar a year he figures a) it will cost them more then that for the materials and postage and b) he'll know what the slime are up to before it gets to far out there and be better prepared to counter attack rather then get sucker punched.

4. First, tell Miss Melanie that "Democrat" is not an adjective
Even though I think Ramsey Clark has gone off the deep-end on many issues, the fact remains that he was an attorney general under a DEMOCRATIC president. Not a DEMOCRAT president.

5. yeah, I caught that one, too
freepers truly excel at bad grammar. :dunce:

Beyond that, I get really tired of these semi-literate, cave-dwelling, club-carrying, atavistic throwbacks making threats and calling me unpatriotic because I don't spend my time screeching at shadows on the wall like they do. :grr:

11. The Righties Have Been Doing This For YEARS!
I remember seeing a report on that during coverage of their convention in, I think, 1976. If not then, maybe 1980.

They seem to think that it's some kind of insult to call us the "Democrat" party.

Right wing fundie neo-con dipshits!

19. The way I read it
Miss Melanie is saying Ramsey Clark is a "former Democrat". Just like Strom Thurmond was a former Democrat.

10. So, again, these "patriots" are accusing Vietnam veterans
(and highly decorated ones, to boot) of cowardice . . . and their boy hero took the chicken way out by not showing up for a physical, and now sends off the "best and the brightest" off to war to make him look good . . .

I hope her HMO pays for the psychiatric care which she so desperately needs. That and her growing psycho-tropic drugs.

17. This Broad A Wack-Job
from www.sourcewatch.org

Melanie Morgan is a conservative radio talk personality at radio station KSFO in San Francisco, California.

Morgan is a former television reporter and anchor before becoming a radio reporter in 1983 for San Francisco station KGO, an ABC network owned and operated station. While at KGO, she also covered news for ABC's national radio and TV networks. She visited Beirut, Lebanon for three weeks in 1983 to cover the U.S. Marine barracks bombing in Beirut, Lebanon. She also covered Mexico City's devastating earthquake of 1988 and the 1989 uprising in Tiananmen Square in China.

In 1990, Morgan resigned at KGO and moved to Seattle where her husband, Jack Swanson, had taken a job as General Manager for King AM & FM. While in Seattle, according to a report that aired in May 2000 on CBS News, she became addicted to gambling. "I felt totally comfortable behind a poker table," she told interviewer Troy Roberts. "I could just get high off the cards. ... On the credit cards, I probably ran up $ 25,000. ... And that doesn't count the cash that I was going through either." The gambling continued after she became pregnant, "I ended up going into labor early," she said. "Of course, I was in a terrible environment, smoke-filled room, hardly taking care of myself. Yeah, I was gambling right up until an hour before I gave birth." After her son was born, her gambling obsession led her to neglect the child, requiring an informal intervention by Child Protective Services. After counseling and sessions with Gamblers Anonymous, she says she was able to stop gambling in 1992, and in 1999 she became president of the California Council on Problem Gambling. She has not placed a bet in 13 years.

In the 1990s, Morgan returned to San Francisco and began working for KSFO, where she became an opinionated right-winger. She was active in the campaign to recall Democratic Governor Gray Davis and helped launch Move America Forward, a conservative response to MoveOn.org. She has spoken out against Michael Moore's movie, Fahrenheit 9/11, and has appeared as a commentator on Fox News, CNN, NPR, and been quoted in dozens of international publications as well as been the focus of a BBC report called "Radio Rage."

Sir/Man,

God Bless you and God Bless America and God Bless President George W. Bush. You betcha. We need to win this war for freedom lovers. So let’s get up off our asses, quit wasting time emailing each other, and head right down to the local Army Recruitment office and really “support” the troops.

Who the hell needs a yellow ribbon on the back of their SUV when we can do something that is actually productive…and join the war we so vehemently support. Let the candy-assed Liberal wussies stay home and email each other…Us Conservatives are bad ass, we take no prisoners and now the time has come to show we are people of action and not words.

You with me pal?

Sincerely.
