All the indictments, scandals, and so on, were all at the hands of prosecutors or because of the GOP shooting itself in the foot. This is the first time in a long time we, the Democrats -- OUR PEOPLE -- have put the smackdown on the greedheads, and hot damn, it feels good! :toast:

3. I just looked up Senator Reid's phone numbers and started

calling all of his office until I got through. Their lines are very, very busy. Anyway, his Las Vegas office picked up. Told him I was just calling to say thank you and do it again. I asked the staffer what the calls were like and he said they had had 35 calls from out of state in the last hour - all but three were positive calls and the in-state calls were running 10 to 1 for Harry. A call just costs a few pennies and (if a positive call) good for staff morale. Also, you can always get good info out of them.

I also called Senator Bond's office and called him a name and Senator Dole's office and asked that she support the effort to finally get to the bottom of the fixed intelligence, even though Senator Roberts is from Senator Robert Dole's home state (may even holds his old seat). Staffer was nice and said thank you.

Call them up - they keep a tally.
