LAWYES 2 year statue limitations animal abuse. Dobson book published 1/04
Can we get him on animal abuse? He can't prove when he beat his dog. He can only prove when the book went to the publisher.

1. What's damning to the Bushbot RWinger is that he felt
justified in beating a dog. He also believes in corporal punishment for children. He's one sicko.

7. This information needs to be sent around in mass email
I am disgusted with this man. And HE is the one who is so happy about the new Alito nomination.

Anything Dobson wants is sick and needs to be rejected.

5. His book, "Parenting is not for Cowards" Here is an excerpt
Edited on Tue Nov-01-05 08:47 AM by Skinner
http://www.nospank.net/dugan.htm

"When I told Sigmund to leave his warm seat and go to bed, he flattened his ears and slowly turned his head toward me. He deliberately braced himself by placing one paw on the edge of the furry lid, then hunched his shoulders, raised his lips to reveal the molars on both sides, and uttered his most threatening growl. That was Siggie's way of saying. "Get lost!"

"I had seen this defiant mood before, and knew there was only one way to deal with it. The ONLY way to make Siggie obey is to threaten him with destruction. Nothing else works. I turned and went to my closet and got a small belt to help me 'reason' with Mr. Freud."

"What developed next is impossible to describe. That tiny dog and I had the most vicious fight ever staged between man and beast. I fought him up one wall and down the other, with both of us scratching and clawing and growling and swinging the belt. I am embarrassed by the memory of the entire scene. Inch by inch I moved him toward the family room and his bed. As a final desperate maneuver, Siggie backed into the corner for one last snarling stand. I eventually got him to bed, only because I outweighed him 200 to 12!"

"But this is not a book about the discipline of dogs; there is an important moral to my story that is highly relevant to the world of children. JUST AS SURELY AS A DOG WILL OCCASIONALLY CHALLENGE THE AUTHORITY OF HIS LEADERS, SO WILL A LITTLE CHILD -- ONLY MORE SO." (emphasis Dobson's)

8. Interesting. I mean, I remember Jesus beating dogs and kids in the Bible
Like that time the dog was accused of adultery... oh, wait, that was a woman. Well, same thing. Jesus took off his belt and beat her black and blue, then made her go fix him some scrambled eggs and a beer... Or was that my neighbor?

Anywhay, point is, Jesus had these same issues with the need to be obeyed and the feeling that everything that didn't do as he obeyed had to be forced into submission. I'm pretty sure that's how he did things, anyway. Except when he started kissin' guys and all. But I'm sure that wasn't true.

I'm borrowing Jobycom's account right now. This is Bubbacom.

10. That is so sick and I mean sick
I raised two kids and helping with two grandkids, and involved in many pets and I've never taken a belt to any of them. That is sick beyond belief. Satan must be applauding. God save them from the likes of these right wing fringe lunatics and their president. The sicko bastards.

You telling me that this sick monstrous draining sack
of human shit, at tow hundred pound beat a 12 pound dog up and down a wall and has the sick fucking puke lie to tell us that it was a match between dog nd man.

This fucking nerdy pansy boy is acting like he just had it out with a 160 lb routweiller- for the love of the real Jesus Christ what an evil, sick, unChristian example of animal cruelty to a small 14 lb. dog by a large moronic 200 lb. bully

"I fought him up one wall and down the other, with both of us scratching and clawing and growling and swinging the belt"

Both of them swinging the belt? Really, the little dog wasn't swinging any such belt, he was being physically abused by a man beating him with a belt.

Report this man to Chuck Olberman, Tim Russert, Al Franken, Chris Mathews, the anti cruelty society, Paula Zahn, send it to the President- he loves dogs.

Dobson is apervert who has violence problem and acts out with cruelty to animals.

16. I have two pitbulls and I never even have to yell at them
much less raise my voice.

I don't raise a hand against these loving animals that just want to please and respond to love.

This needs to get out on the media.

Maybe Katie Couric can invite him to an interview and then ask him about it-ambush style.

of leading or commanding respect from a twelve pound dog.

So, I should take his advice, why?

I don't respect someone, especailly a self-proclaimed spiritual leader, who can't even earn the respect of a small animal.

9. He beat his *dog* with a *belt*?!
What a jerk!

People who are cruel to animals are low-down and ignorant.

Let's call the people on that Animal Planet show and have 'em arrest his ass.

11. I am beginning to think we should notify all animal rights groups.
Maybe the petition site would set something up where we can try and have his book banned! Well they can't ban a book but people can vow not to buy it or have anything to do with Dobson.

There is the Humane Society of the US. Best Friends. Peta, (yes Peta. they might get something done). There are tons of animal rights groups that just might like this information about Dickhead Dobson.

15. You see the face of the Republican party and it is indeed UGLY
They sicken me. Their beating of kids, animals, and pre-emptive strikes on third world nations truly sicken me. The GOP and their president are the very face of evil and they, indeed sicken me. May God have mercy on them. I can only find true contempt.

19. The ONLY way to make Siggie obey is to threaten him with destruction.
That sounds like this administrations approach to Iraq. And the same result ensued.
