7. periodically spend money to advertise how they should have no voice
It's the least they can do for getting a total free ride from us taxpayers. Those of us who pay Federal and State Income Taxes along with local property taxes and the assorted sales taxes should occasionally get a pleasant public service announcement on the TV set machine or a little blurb in the local paper from these leeches saying that they're proud to not enter the fray.

Other than that, they should say nothing, and if they do, they should have the snot taxed out of them.
