How well endowed is the National Endowment for Democracy?
....:wow:
:bounce: :bounce:

This question occurred to me as I looked at the Prounouncer-In-Chief standing before the ENDOWMENT background and stridently mouth the words, "NOthing LESS than TOtal VICtory."

That has a certain tough guy appeal, I suppose, however-- even if W painted an accurate word picture in his speech, why would the person who has WORSENED the Iraq war and excited global terrorism expect the public to believe that his failed policies are going to BETTER Iraq and FOIL global terrorism?

He has made us less safe and claims to be making us safer.

Maybe it's time to resurrect Reagan's old question:

Are you better off (and safer) now than you were 4 years ago?

:patriot:

Don't miss this great thread:

1. Victory is such a nebulous word. BTW, gwb swiped at the internet
today.

I love the "Pronouncer in Chief". And yes, he somehow thought he could emulate Ronny's ambiance and fell pathetically short.

I always wondered why Kerry didn't ask the "better off now than four years ago" question.

Omega minimo, let's you and I keep those little code catch phrases from the speech front and center here.

There's a lot to be gleaned from the words the "Pronouncer in Chief" recited today. MKJ

3. ROFLMAO...
:rolf:

I thought along similar lines, although, as a straight woman, I was wondering about endowments of the "athletic cup" variety.
