I thought that that memo must be a key to the whole affair. Consider the fact that the memo figured prominently in discussions on AF-1 on the Africa trip. That would considerably narrow the scope of the investigation. Most importantly, being on AF-1, it means that Chimp might be neck deep in this from the very outset. I would *love* to see the AF-1 phone logs that Fitzgerald subpoenaed. They probably tell an interesting story.
