I sure hope so. With three indictments hanging over DeLay's head, and possible indictments over Libby's head -- and given how quickly a Bush Republican would rat each other out to save their own skin -- do you think either DeLay or Libby will offer to provide the Feds with information on Rove in return for a plea deal?

2. DeLay will take a fall for no one.
I don't think Rove would, either.

5. As opposed to the propaganda,
DeLay got charged with 2 new charges, money laundering and conspiracy to commit money laundering as opposed to conspiracy to break campaign finance law on corporate donations which was the first charge.

Not much else to say. Because while the law profs say the law should be one way, we'll see what the courts in Texas actually rule.

My mistake. He was indicted twice, for a total of three charges.
