Secretary Rumsfeld hosts an armed forces farewell tribute and an armed forces hail ceremony in honor of retiring Air Force General Myers, the 15th chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Marine Corps General Pace, upcoming 16th chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Pace’s duties begin today. The ceremony concludes with a joint service pass in review and flyover.
