5. I believe you need ar least
15% to get a delegate.

I like both also.

That's ok; we're goin South next.

6. Possible district delegates
The 15% is performed at both CD and state level, its possible Edwards or Clark had 15% in one CD and 10% in the other, giving them ~12% overall. In that event they could still get a delegate.

7. Here's what it says, but I don't know what it means....
According to the CNN database on state primaries:

"New Hampshire has 22 pledged and five unpledged delegates. Of the 22 pledged delegates, 14 are district-level delegates (based on results of a given district's binding primary), five are at-large delegates and three are "party leader and elected official" (PLEO) delegates. Of the five unpledged delegates, four are decided on March 1, 2004, and one is selected at the state Democratic convention on April 24, 2004."

Can anyone translate that?

8. Good God.
Well, in English, it means, "Help, we don't have any common sense."

It depends on how many districts there are (does each district get one or multiple delegates)? Edwards or Clark would have to do pretty well to get any of those delegates, and I doubt that they would have a considerably high density of support in one area and not in others.

If either of them breaks 15%, they will get one of those five at-large delegates, I think.

But at this point, delegates don't really matter. It's all about momentum and the expectations game.

9. Only has 27 anyways, we have 10 times that here
I agree with Iowa at the front, but I have my doubts about giving NH all the attention like this.
