How well did Rove and the Wilsons know each other?
Randi Rhodes suggested that they attended the same church. Does any one have any info on this?

Who did actually send Wilson to Niger?

Wilson said that Cheney's office wanted to send someone. Did Plame suggest Wilson because of his contacts? Who made the ultimate decision for Wilson to go? And if Wilson was a problem, why didn't the WH object to Wilson being the one to go. Why not send someone from the State Department?

None of this answers the question of why did Bush speak of the yellow-cake int he State of the Union when Wilson, the weapons inspectors, alBaridai (spelling?), and the Italians who discovered that the orignial intel documents were forgeries, all said there was no yellow cake. This is rhetorical because Bush knew he didn't have a case for war without that lie. But why aren't reporters now bringing that up again. Even if Wilson is removed from the situation because they thought he was "crazy" or "against them", the information was still shown to be false from a number of sources. Powell admitted it, Feith now admits it.

Rove is guity. Period.

1. That the Wilsons and Rove attended the same church was widely
reported on CNN yesterday.

2. So is it likely that Rove didn't know them at least socially?

3. I heard on Ed Schultz today - Ed asked Joe Wilson directly if
he knows Rove socially. Joe said no.

As for who sent Joe to Niger - he said the V-P's office.

6. The reason Wilson was considered for the job
was because he worked in that area for some time earlier and knew who to talk to as well as knowing them personally.
