Saddest thought: the world is no safer with Saddam in prison.
It was an overwhelming feeling I had when I heard about the London attacks. Look what we have done in Iraq, and the world is no safer at all. I don't even have words to express it all.

1. Sorry, but you'd have to be an idiot to have thought it was

2. Yes, I know that.
Makes it even sadder.

3. The world isn't just "no safer"...
It's less safe. Iraq has caused the Middle East to hate us all the more, leading to increased likelihood of attack.
You can't tell me the London attack would have happened if we hadn't invaded Iraq. The capturing of Saddam has, in fact, made us LESS safe, not more.

4. Will Tony say," We're fighting them over there, so we don't have to fight
them at home." I would imagine that Dubya will not say this today either, although it is one of his favorite lines and oft repeated assertions-- and left unchallenged by our craven corporate media.

5. What we're doing in Iraq does nothing to help make the world safer.
Quite the opposite. Bush's false war and his ludicrous bravado are doing nothing but encouraging terrorism.

I find it ironic that Democrats are the ones that are constantly accused of emboldening terrorists. Looks like Bush is succeeding at that better than anyone.

6. I wonder...
would the world possibly be safer with B*sh in prison?

7. Wow. Could Howard Dean have been right?
I guess the MSM won't be replaying his statement on that.

8. Looks like Howard Dean was right again
Saddam had nothing to do with Al Queda and now Bush's war in Iraq is helping breed the next generation of Islamic terrorists and giving current terrorists more training that will be used against the West.

I suspect the same gang of Islamic terrorists that engineered and supported the Madrid bombings are behind the London bombing.

This attack proves that we are losing the War on Terror and will continue to do so under our current leadership.
