Torture is NEVER an option. We claim to be a civilized nation. That means we should refrain from barbaric things like torture, the death penalty, child slave labor, etc.

The same pathology that gives us serial murderers, rapists, and PNAC is the one that torture derives from. It's about control and power whether emotionally, physically, religiously, or otherwise.
