Felony to Conspire to Defraud the United States of America

This is a link to an article written by John Dean two years ago on WMD's and what could happen if Bush lied about them. The article also has Bush quotes regarding them. It is long but the pertinent paragraph is at the bottom where he talks about Watergate and the similar charges which Bush could be charged with.

My question is could Bush be criminally charged with the above? They already set the precedence for a sitting President to be charged. Who could bring the charges? What would be the process?

I am very surpirsed, given his past comments, that Dean is being very silent on the issue of the DSN.

To put it bluntly, if Bush has taken Congress and the nation into war based on bogus information, he is cooked. Manipulation or deliberate misuse of national security intelligence data, if proven, could be "a high crime" under the Constitution's impeachment clause. 2. Impeachment of a President, no matter how bad, is not to be tossed

lightly in the MSM, where the accuser would be tarred & feathered before the Truth be told. You also don't want it echoed so much that people become numb to it.

I think Dean is biding his time with DSM and letting the Dems in Congress run with it because DSM is really they're show. The DNC Chair can't call for or hold Congressional public hearings on DSM. The DNC Chair is supporting cast, in this case, for Congressional Dems, who should be calling the shots for the offical Dem Party position right now on DSM.

4. CNN and other networks should have their licenses revoked permanently.

In addition to asking such a debasing, dishonest and debasing question, that literally asks:

IS LYING ABOUT THE WAR AN IMPEACHABLE OFFENSE?

Can anyone actually believe these immoral bozos actually who lack any sense of DECENCY or evidence of any conscience at all in having the sheer audacity to ask such a question?

Perhaps they should ask this question instead.

IS TURNER BROADCASTING GOING TO LOSE ITS LICENSE PERMANENTLY WHEN FOUND GUILTY OF CONSPIRACY TO PROMOTE AN ILLEGAL INVASION OF A SOVEREIGN NATION?
