Why?

Apart from the fact that torture is crime against humanity and an ineffective interrogation technique, why would anybody torture Rush Limbaugh?

The defenders of torture claim that it makes the victim tell us what he knows. That's not true, but let's assume for the sake of argument that it is.

Now, as everybody knows, Rush doesn't know anything. So, if you did torture him, then, just like most torture victims, he'd only tell you what he thinks you want to want hear just to make you stop. That's all he could do. It would be pointless.
