They don't really give a fuck about viewer comments.

1. If you go to CNN web site, down at the bottom of the page
theres a link to "contact us". I think you have to do it by show host, or show you wanted to comment on.

I actually think they do care about viewer comments, but not just one, it would have to be several for them to notice.

4. Don't think it was only emails
there were other factors. There is lots of "corporate" mentality thinking going on.
