On Edit: I called 1-877-sobusob, the capital main switchboard or whatever (catchy number). Sen. Boxer's office did not answer but I did speak with someone at Sen. Feinstein's office. Then, I called the DNC at 202-863-8000 and left a message with the Chairman's office, who seemed eager to get on it.

Let's all do the same, and then watch to see what happens.
