Clinton sued while in office--why not Bush?
Seems to me he and the Dick are clearly guilty of over 4500 counts of wrongful death/criminal negligence. Why isn't anyone suing them?

3. My understanding is that one can file suit against anyone at any time...
including the president, but there can be no litigation until he, or it, is out of the WH (oh, happy day).
