Censure Tom Delay

We may not be able to get rid of him yet, but a representative should have the balls to stand up and call for a vote of censure on Tom Delay. It would make the point and I think it could get passed.

1. Ask reps for Delay to be dumped and reps will probably compromise

with a Censure Request. Ask for a censure and reps will probably do nothing.
