and hopefully that will be investigated too. Was he 'active duty' ? And if he wasn't did he do any PsyOps stuff ... what branch of the military... was he on a domestic operation ?

Obviously he wasn't part of any "intelligence" unit !

There is an island off of England that was an anthrax test target in the 1940's that is still off limits, I assume that strain was "weaponized" too. How hard would it be for someone to sneak there at night and bring back some soil with spores in it? As I recall they blew hot and cold on the "weaponized" thing anyway. There is also the doctor in Florida who swears he treated an Arab-looking guy for something he now believes was cutaneous anthrax. I could never figure out why * didn't blame Saddam for the anthrax and use that as his excuse for the war. There are lots of unanswered questions. The answer may be that *'s Dad gave the anthrax to Saddam who gave it to Bin Laden (or one of his scientists did) who gave it to Atta and his boys.

My personal theory is that Atta did an aerial attack on Florida that failed, some of the anthrax got onto the first guy who died and he carried it into the National Inquirer building on this clothes. About that time Southeast Florida got 10 inches of rain which probably washed all the spores away. Then some was mailed either as an afterthought or as part of the plan.
