Wow. I'm impressed. They do have their marching orders, don't they? Too bad there aren't any honest journalists digging into just how they get their marching orders and where the money trail leads. Really a shame.

2. The neocon spring offensive is starting up on many fronts.

And I suspect that there is more to this than is showing.

On the SS front, it looks like the fall-back plan is to hang a tax increase on the Dems, while hammering the privatization wedge in. -- And more "diplomacy" may be in order for Iran.

And, of course, the neocons are pressing forward with their agenda in general. Still, it has me thinking that there is a deliberate element of distraction in all this.
