The problem with being the only one (Boxer or Dean)
The problem with being the only one at the party to tell the host he has no clothes on.

"She's crazy." No one else dared to say such a thing.

No more party invites. No more inside favors..and what will people say the next day?

How could she say that? It's just not right. She's now our Secretary of State.

My point is that the majority media will spin it as "she's the crazy one". She's the mean one. (I often heard that about Dean-even Jon Stewart said something like he scares me last year)

The crazy one is the one that dares to say what everyone else knows is true.

That's why it's so important to not be the only one.

It's all pissing in the wind if we can't convince them that we can no longer accept that only a Boxer or a Dean is going to risk all to tell the truth.

I personally won't be able to forgive Obama or Kerry or whomever if they vote for Rice or Gonzalez. What in God's still somewhat green earth is their to gain in that? I am sickened to think that they would.

If the Dems don't stand up together-why we are lost. Oh yeah, we are already lost. Still just for an ounce of the truth-Boxer has already made my year in politics. Don't they get the truth is ultimately what saves you-lies are what kill you. Vietnam! It's all such a disaster as they sit there debating this as ideology while people are dying and dying and dying and dying.

Oh well.

1. Kerry did NOT say he was voting for her. He said she would probably
be confirmed but whether or not she gets his vote hasn't been determined yet.

They are infected and infiltrated with appeasers.

8. Why is it so dangerous to challenge Condi?
Even my freeper brother knows she's the wrong person for the job, and this seems to be a majority opinion in the general public. Is there absolutely no way to block her appointment as SOS?

9. I agree -- and why is Biden rushing the confirmation vote?
Biden seems to be hell-bent of letting Lugar know it's OK to vote tonight: Stupid, stupid move -- they should let the story get some airplay tonight. Once she's confirmed, the story's done with (Oh, I guess that's what Biden wants??)

I'm still going to try to help Boxer, even though it looks like it's a lost cause. If you haven't already contacted the media to tell them Boxer rocks, please visit my post -- it's got links to CNN and MSNBC. If you go, would you give it a kick? (it already fell to page two, maybe everybody's already given up)

10. Upper politics = mafia
Once you get to that level, you follow the pack and will do whatever it takes to watch each others backs at the expense of all integrity or honesty.

It's these rare gems like Dean of Boxer that have the courage to stand and fight.

It will be interesting to see how her career goes after that. I have a feeling she will pay somehow for her insubordination.
