Fla. Supreme Court Gets Limbaugh Case

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - The state Supreme Court was asked Wednesday to decide if prosecutors violated Rush Limbaugh's privacy rights when they seized his medical records without warning during an investigation into his use of painkillers.

...for controlled drugs from different doctors has been and is a felony. There are numerous inmates in federal prisons serving time right now for similar violations and that came from Reagan's War on Drugs legislation and harsher penalties acts by the republicans. So this brother needs his ass slapped into federal prison and the key thrown away for 10 years minimum. What is this horsing around with appeals and exceptions. Rush is an addict and did a crime and must do the time! White collar or no white collar. He will just do it again and again and again, if he is not stopped now and made to see the error of his ways.
