The Bubba Factor is simply my own arbitrary rating, taking things into account like appearance, background, speech patterns, known habits, and so on. People can gain or lose Bubba Factor points based on a variety of things; for example, Bush gained Bubba Factor points this year for growing even more stupid since 2000, plus all the policy decisions and so on he made specifically to pander to the Bubba population.
